Report: Apple launching updated iMac with M6 chip and new colors later this year

After a two year hiatus, Apple is working on a new iMac with the M6 chipset and updated color options, per https://www.bloomberg.com/news/newsletters/2026-08-23/apple-s-foldable-iphone-details-retail-store-changes-for-new-home-products-mt5vjf61">Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

It should release “before the end of the year.”
