Senate passes short-term extension of overseas spying authority

The Senate gave final passage to a short-term extension of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA, on Friday.
The measure is a controversial spy authority that allows U.S. intelligence services to collect communications of non-American citizens outside of the U.S. CBS News' Nikole Killion reports.
