Aerial footage shows the Russian tanker Caroline Bezengi, which was carrying almost 800,000 barrels of oil, sunk near Qabiliyah Island off Oman’s southwest coast with black stains visible on its main deck as it is hit by waves and has left oil to spread exponentially through the water.
