A witness video captures the aftermath of a fatal ICE shooting in Houston, where federal authorities say an agent opened fire after a Mexican national allegedly tried to ram officers with his vehicle.
The incident is now under investigation and has prompted calls from Democratic lawmakers and immigrant rights advocates for an independent review.
This happened just days after Tennessee National Guard members fatally shot a 20-year-old man during a foot pursuit in Memphis, another incident that is also under investigation.
