Court documents are revealing new deals about the crash that killed an Ottawa Crossing guard.
CTV's Kimberley Fowler reports that crossing guard Peter Clark was struck at Cedarview Road and Kennevale Drive after helping a mother and two children cross the street on March 23.
Court documents show Xzander Wright briefly returned to the scene after the collision before leaving again without providing assistance or identifying himself.
Wright pleaded guilty to one charge but still faces a charge of dangerous driving causing death.
