A new report from the Internet Watch Foundation shows the number of commercial child abuse websites has doubled in the last year.

It has reached to the point where ordinary people are now stumbling across extreme child abuse at rates never seen before.

Paedophiles are creating and selling abuse material at a commercial scale, with recognisable branding and even 'refer-a-friend' reward programmes.

Sky News went behind the scenes of the operation to take down the images and expose the people behind them.
