US consulate builder in Milan hit by court action over abuse allegations

MILAN, May 29 - Prosecutors have placed the Italian branch of U.S. construction giant Caddell Construction under investigation over alleged worker exploitation at the site of a new U.S. consulate in Milan, judicial documents seen by Reuters showed on Friday.
