Chet Holmgren and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander each scored 22 points as the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 125-107 to take a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference semifinal series.
Ajay Mitchell scored 20 points and Jaren McCain contributed 18 for the defending champion Thunder, who improve to 6-0 in the playoffs.
The Lakers, missing Luka Doncic and Jarred Vanderbilt, struggled despite Austin Reaves scoring 31 points.
The Thunder outscored the Lakers 32-15 in the third quarter while Gilgeous-Alexander was out with foul trouble to take control of the game.
