Alexandre Boulerice to resign as NDP MP

Quebec MP Alexandre Boulerice is expected to resign from Parliament and leave the federal NDP so he can run provincially for Québec Solidaire, sources told Noovo Info.

The resignation will leave the NDP with only five seats in Parliament, as well as no MPs in Quebec, as Boulerice was the party’s sole representative.
