Acquittal overturned, Prinn gets 3 years for indecent assault

The Court of Appeal has overturned the acquittal of former Democrat Party deputy leader Prinn Panitchpakdi and sentenced him to three years in prison for indecent assault and taking a minor away from parental care for indecent purposes.
