77-year-old LA City College graduate Paulinho Garcia proves it's never too late to follow your dreams
Paulinho Garcia, 77, had lots of experience but no formal education before enrolling at L.A. City College.
On Tuesday, he graduated college with the highest summa cum laude honors.
