“Adrift: A Medieval Wayward Folly” is the latest production onstage at Bethesda’s Round House Theatre, on loan from Baltimore’s Happenstance Theater.

It’s a very weird, wonderful and eerily familiar play about life in the aftermath of an apocalypse.
