An attorney for the family of Celeste Hernandez says they are “relieved” after a judge ruled there is enough evidence to move forward in the murder case against singer d4vd, who is accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
The 21-year-old singer, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree murder with special circumstances.
