Fitch forecasted Sub-Saharan Africa’s (SSA) construction Gross Value Added (GVA) will grow in real terms by 4.3% in 2026, down from previous forecasts of 4.6% as of April 2026 and of 5.4% as of December 2025, amid the effects of the US-Iran conflict.
