The memorandum of understanding hammered out over the weekend between the U.S. and Iran includes 14 “points” — or conditions — spread over one-and-a-half pages, according to the Trump administration.
And while few details have been released on the framework, the rest of the world holds its breath hoping for an end to the war.
There are reports, however, that suggest deep inside the White House, skepticism exists that a bigger deal will emerge within 60 days.
