Washington chemical tank accident: Death toll rises to 11 after missing workers found
The death toll from a chemical tank rupture at a Washington paper mill has risen to 11 after all nine missing workers were recovered.
The incident occurred Tuesday at Nippon Dynawave Packaging when a tank containing "white liquor" ruptured, leading to a mass casualty response.
