Serena Williams' Wimbledon comeback gets emotional family support from Alexis Ohanian and daughters
Serena Williams returned to Grand Slam singles tennis for the first time in four years on Tuesday, falling to Australia's Maya Joint 6-3, 6-7(6), 6-3 in the first round of Wimbledon.
Husband Alexis Ohanian and daughters Olympia and Adira watched from her player box alongside sister Venus Williams and her husband Andrea Preti.
Williams, 44, became the second-oldest woman to play a Wimbledon main draw singles match in the Open Era and will continue at the tournament in women's doubles with Venus beginning Thursday, with the US Open in August still on the horizon.
