Walsall schools earn 'exceptional' Ofsted ratings despite area's high child poverty levels
Goldsmith Primary Academy and Reedswood E-ACT Academy in Walsall are the only West Midlands primaries to receive new 'exceptional' Ofsted ratings since the inspection system launched this year
