Israel's Education Minister to restrict protests, freedom of expression in Israeli universities

The move, at the demand of Education Minister Yoav Kisch, prohibits institutions from taking a political stance or striking; their heads will be barred from expressing political views, and students and lecturers will be able to express themselves 'only privately'
