Kazakhstan Court Overturns $1.4Bln Naftogaz Arbitration Award Against Gazprom
The Astana International Financial Centre had earlier ruled that Ukraine’s state oil and gas company, Naftogaz, be allowed to collect a $1.4 billion international arbitration award from Russia’s Gazprom.
