Pakistan seeks extradition of political dissidents from the UK in exchange for child rapist with 30 offences

Pakistan is now demanding the extradition of political dissidents in exchange for accepting a Pakistan-born child rapist who has lived in the UK for nearly six decades, arguing that he renounced his Pakistani citizenship and therefore cannot be considered a Pakistani citizen.
