A settlement has been reached in a defamation lawsuit filed by Kielburger against the Canadaland podcast and its host, Jesse Brown.

The editor and publisher of Canadaland says he's standing by his critical podcast about WE Charity despite agreeing to apologize to the mother of the organization's co-founders as part of a settlement in a defamation lawsuit.
