A powerful offshore quake wreaked havoc in southern Philippines, damaging buildings, cutting power and killing at least 37 people, officials said.
Drone video Tuesday (June 9), showed tilted houses and buildings with collapsed walls and roofs in General Santos City, one of the hardest-hit areas.
