Government rebukes analyst claim linking SOE decline to Section 89 of Constitution

Government has publicly corrected remarks made during a recent television interview in which commentator Dr Charles Sinkala allegedly claimed that Section 89 of South Africa's Constitution was responsible for the decline of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
