Family of Wicklow girl (15) killed in crash propose ‘Molly’s Law’ to harden sentences in fatal driving cases
Calls for a review of Ireland’s legislation governing dangerous driving by minors have intensified, following concerns raised in the Seanad over the death of 15-year-old Wicklow girl Molly Dempsey, who was killed in a crash in Baltinglass in May 2024.
