Zelenskyy meets Merz in Berlin as Ukraine seeks more support from Germany against Russia

U.S.-led efforts to end the war have stalled as the Iran conflict grips Washington's attention.

Western analysts say Ukraine has recently recorded battlefield successes, disrupting Russia’s spring offensive.

Ukraine’s drones and missiles are striking deep inside Russia.

However, Ukraine is short of cash and needs a promised loan from the European Union.

Kyiv also relies on U.S. intelligence and air defense systems, and the Ukrainian army faces continuing troop shortages.
