Nearly 1,900 basic school graduates still lack a school place as year begins

A week before the start of the new school year, 1,893 basic school graduates in Estonia are without a school place; of them, 761 live in Tallinn, said Kadi Serbak, adviser at the Ministry of Education (HTM).
