A man linked to white supremacist movements has pleaded guilty to setting a fire that destroyed part of a historic social justice center in Tennessee.

Regan Prater was arrested a year ago in connection with the March 2019 arson at the Highlander Research and Education Center in New Market.

Prater also pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to attempting to aid a foreign terrorist organization.

A criminal information says he tried to provide information for persons affiliated with the Israeli government to the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah.
