Thousands of Irish drivers leaving €3,500 EV grants unclaimed as scheme expanded
More than one in eight approved EV grants went unclaimed last year in Ireland, with a maximum of €3,500 available for qualifying new electric vehicles purchased privately — and a new scrappage scheme offering up to €8,500.
