WNBA to launch replay center for 2027 season

CHICAGO — WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert announced that the league is launching an official replay center ahead of the 2027 season during a press conference before the All-Star Game in Chicago.

Officiating has been a contentious issue this season.

The league implemented an officiating task force earlier this year to address increased foul calls and enforcement of game rules.
