Rogers cutting telco customer service jobs amid complaints of long wait times

Rogers announced the closure of six radio stations last week, laying off 230 people.

But it didn’t mention that it was also laying off front-line telco customer service agents.

The company won’t confirm how many jobs are disappearing, nor will it address reports that workers are now being trained in Morocco.
