Mozambique: AfDB Calls for Creation of Drone Center

[AIM] Maputo -- The African Development Bank (AfDB) has proposed the creation of a Drone Center in Mozambique, which will be aimed at consolidating national capacity in the use of this technology for disaster risk management.
