The guardian of a 12-year-old was issued a violation ticket after the child crashed into a vehicle in North Vancouver on his e-scooter.
The boy was reportedly riding the e-scooter on Colwood Drive when he struck a black VW Jetta coming out of a driveway, police said.
He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
As Kristen Robinson reports, police say public education doesn’t appear to be working – so they’re ramping up enforcement and fines.
