Kyiv hammered by ballistic missiles as Russia launches 2nd major attack in 48 hours
A rapid succession of "very loud" explosions shook the capital beginning at approximately 1:33 a.m. local time, according to Kyiv Independent journalists on the ground.
The city is under attack by Russian ballistic missiles, officials said.
