SJC decision: GOP’s Michael Walsh can appear on primary ballot

The state’s highest court Monday ruled that Michael Walsh, who secured a spot on the GOP ballot despite “substantial evidence” his campaign submitted fake signatures for him to qualify, can have his name appear on the primary ballot.
