Troops foil bandits’ raid in Sokoto, rescue Seven abducted farmers

The rescue operation was carried out on Tuesday by troops of the 8 Division of the Nigerian Army deployed in Gandi, following a swift response to reports of an attack by armed bandits on farmers working in the area.
