A speedboat carrying Indian tourists capsized near Vietnam's Phu Quoc island.
Fifteen Indian tourists were killed and seventeen others sustained injuries in the accident.
Ten of the deceased tourists hailed from Tamil Nadu, including businessmen and cellphone company agents.
