Ken Leech to Plead Guilty in US ‘Cherry Picking’ Fraud Case

Ken Leech, the former co-chief investment officer at Western Asset Management Co., will plead guilty in a case related to allegations that he fraudulently assigned winning trades to favored clients while forcing others to take losses, days before he was to face a federal criminal trial.
