Telecom giant Rogers Communications offering buyouts to nearly half of workforce

Canadian telecom giant Rogers Communications has confirmed it's offering buyouts to about 10,000 employees, which is nearly half the company's workforce.
In a statement to Global News, Rogers said they “are taking steps to adjust our cost structure to reflect the business realities of the current environment.”
