A Mississippi man allegedly spotted with a handgun in his lap outside the U.S. Capitol’s North Barricade is in custody, U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) said Monday.
Wendell J. Royster, 67, of Columbia, Miss., faces one count of carrying a pistol without a license and no permit, according to a USCP statement.
