FBI director sues over article portraying him as MIA, problem drinker
The Atlantic magazine said multiple witnesses described Kash Patel’s “bouts of excessive drinking” and reported concern in the US government about his conspicuous intoxication.
Patel’s lawyers said it was a “malicious … hit piece”.
