Over-deployment of turbines is negligent and indefensible

I WAS genuinely gobsmacked watching recent TV coverage of the proposed repowering of the Whitelee wind installation – owned and operated by Spanish multinational Iberdrola, though many still believe it to be a Scottish company because it trades under the name Scottish Power Renewables.
