Court rejects R2.8m RAF claim from man for work dismissal

The North West High Court has dismissed a claim for nearly R2.9m for past and future loss of earnings against the RAF, ruling that the claimant failed to prove his dismissal from work was caused by injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision.
