Britain outlines peace plan as Zelensky says Ukraine 'will not slowly die'

Keir Starmer has praised Volodymyr Zelensky's efforts to end the war with Russia in a meeting with with France's Emmanuel Macron and Germany's Friedrich Merz in Downing Street.

In a joint statement, they set out a five-point path to peace after Mr Zelensky said Ukraine "will not silently die".
