Tulsi Gabbard got a phone call from her own successor telling her she was done—even though she hadn’t heard a word of it from the president.

The elevation of Bill Pulte, 38, the nepo baby Trump appointee tapped to replace Gabbard as acting director of national intelligence, sparked a bipartisan revolt in Congress.
