The House Ethics Committee will hold a public hearing Tuesday centered on Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick’s (D-Fla.) fraud violations and potential sanctions.

Earlier this year, the committee found “substantial reason to believe” Cherfilus-McCormick violated several laws, regulations and standards of conduct — and later announced it had proven 25 of 27 claims.
