US House passes war powers resolution: Four Republicans vote with Democrats opposing war

The US House of Representatives has passed a resolution that would prevent Donald Trump from ordering more attacks on Iran without first seeking congressional approval.

In an unusual bipartisan vote, four Republicans sided with Democrats to pass this largely symbolic war powers resolution.

It's seen as a sign of growing frustration over the war, even within the president's own party.
