Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) demanded Tuesday that President Trump release details about his memorandum of understanding with Iran, saying he "needs to stop keeping America in the dark."
"He still hasn't released any details at all about this so-called deal," the Democratic leader said at a press conference on Capitol Hill. "What exactly did we get out of Trump's failed war?"
Earlier in the day, President Trump said that he wants to wait until after the signing ceremony in Switzerland on Friday to release it to the public.
"I'll not only release it, I'll probably have a press conference and read it to you word by word so that the press covers it accurately," he told reporters at the G7 summit in France.
