Russian drone hits building in Romania

A Russian drone has hit a block of flats in Romania, injuring two people and prompting swift condemnation and the threat of repercussions.

Military analyst Sean Bell says NATO, the UK and Europe need to take 'more robust actions' after another 'escalation' from Russia.
