French President Emmanuel Macron said Monday a minute of silence will be observed during the World Cup semi-final match between France and Spain on Tuesday, in tribute to victims of the terror attack that killed 86 people attending Bastille Day festivities in the city of Nice 10 years ago, on July 14, 2016.
